We are a boutique structured credit firm, we identify gaps, create solutions specifically to meet unique capital needs not typically covered by traditional lending; addressing often complex risks associated with intricate assets in the development of, Industry, Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Cities Africa wide. Our principal activities includes transforming cash flows, managing risks, pooling debt obligations and redistributing the associated cashflows thereof.
Nkosi's Investors Service, our analytics suite, offers independent credit opinion and economic research. Solutions range from; macroeconomic forecasts, scenarios and analysis to credit ratings, automated credit decisioning solutions and Core Banking System (CBS) for small-to-medium size banks worldwide. Ancillary services includes, Economic Development Planning, Community Investment Strategy and Water Forward Contracts.

Mr Nkosi is the Founding Director of Beaconwood Partners and Nkosi's Investors Service. An experienced professional with over 18 years covering the financial services industry end-to-end. He has held several positions with industry leading firms in; Banking (Retail and Wholesale), Insurance (Life and P&C), Asset Management to Management consultancies. Expertise range from; Credit, Insurance, Balance Sheet Management, Financial Engineering, Securitization to Feasibility studies, Design, Project risks analysis, Project documentation, Financial modelling, Economic Development Planning and Econometric modelling.

Mr Nkosi holds a Masters in Business (MBA), an Honours in Statistics, Certified Financial Manager, programs in five computer languages, University of Pretoria alumni.
